Is Safal Kheti really free?
Yes — fully free, no subscription, no in-app purchases. We don't show ads and we don't sell your data. If we ever introduce paid features they'll be optional, and the current capabilities will stay free.
Which languages are supported?
12 languages today: Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Marathi, Bengali, Gujarati, Kannada, Malayalam, Punjabi, Odia, Assamese, and English. Both voice and text in every language.
Will it work on my basic Android phone?
If your phone runs Android 8 or later and has internet, yes. We've kept the app lightweight — under 50 MB — and it works on entry-level 2GB-RAM phones.
Does it work offline?
The AI assistant and weather/mandi data need an internet connection to fetch fresh information. Your saved chats and profile work offline. Offline AI is on the roadmap.
How accurate is the AI?
Very accurate for common Indian crops, diseases, and pests — we've tuned the AI on Indian agricultural context. But AI can be wrong. For high-stakes decisions (large pesticide purchases, severe outbreaks), always confirm with your local agricultural extension officer or KVK.
What happens to my voice recordings and photos?
They're sent to our backend, processed by AI, and discarded. We never store voice audio or images on our servers after the response is sent. See our Privacy Policy for the full details.
When is iOS coming?
Android first because that's what most Indian farmers use. iOS is on the roadmap for 2026.
How do I delete my account?
Email workspace@lumovateintelligence.com from the mobile number registered on your account. We'll delete everything within 30 days, no questions asked.
